At Let’s Get You Customized, we’re excited to bring your custom creations to life! Each order is made just for you, which means our products are produced and shipped with care. This policy explains how our shipping process works, including timelines, costs, and delivery details.


2. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production and quality assurance before your order ships.

For complex or specialty items (like branding kits or multi-item bundles), production may take up to 10 business days.
We’ll notify you by email once your order is on its way.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We use trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the verified print partners we work with.

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days (when available)

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by destination) - We currently do not ship internationally

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors like weather, customs delays, or high shipping volumes.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout using real-time USPS rates.
Rates depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. The United States only.
Please note:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your location.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • International delivery times vary by region and customs processing.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this to monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Double-check your tracking link.

  2. Confirm your shipping address is correct.

  3. Contact us at info@letsgetyoucustomized.com if it appears lost or significantly delayed.

We’ll work with our print partners and shipping carriers to help locate your order.

Please note: We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


8. Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the product and print provider.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


9. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After production begins, we’re unable to make address changes or cancel shipments.
