What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shopify Payments, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems to ensure your data stays safe.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely! We use Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout system, meaning your details are protected with top-tier encryption. We never see or store your full payment information.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because each product is made-to-order, we begin production quickly. If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at info@letsgetyoucustomized.com. After production starts, cancellations aren’t possible.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your location — these are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t begun yet. Once your item enters production, cancellations aren’t possible since it’s custom-made.
