Refund policy

1. Overview

At Let’s Get You Customized, every product is made with care and attention to detail. Because our items are custom-made, most orders are non-refundable once production begins. However, we stand by the quality of our products and are happy to assist if there’s an issue with your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or design due to our error, we’ll remake or refund it.

To start a claim, please email us at info@letsgetyoucustomized.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the defective or incorrect product

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Since each product is custom-made, we generally cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized products (items with logos, names, or custom text)

  • Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Color or sizing variations due to screen differences or supplier variations

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing your order.


4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or designs since each order is custom-made.
However, if your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.

  • Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@letsgetyoucustomized.com with your order number.


7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We’ll work with our print partners and shipping carriers to investigate and resolve the issue.

Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
